Tomas Jimenez

Tomas was taught the meaning of flamenco by his father in Spain.

He plays solo concerts, duets with castenets and with dancers and castanets. He has played all over Spain and England. He also teaches.

I met Tomas when he brought me a Gerundino to repair. When he came to collect his guitar it was a joy to sit and listen to him make the guitar sing. The next time he came with another Gerundino for repair I offered to wave the fee if he would record for me on one of my guitars. When you listen you the recording I think you'll understand what a great bargain I got.
